crepes are dry folded flat. they are a bit crispy & expensive. They are placed in paper brown bag which smells like wet brown paper bag. i prefer fluffy crepes with some density slightly moist with outer crunch on edges. We tried 6 crepes and all were disappointing and too expensive. This is a small place with maybe 4 stools and 8 chairs for 2 to 3 small tables. There is not much salmon in the crepe. The fillings are not generous given the high prices.

Our 2 daughters are now adults, but they attended Saddlewood every summer from the time our eldest was 10 and youngest 6. They loved it. As they grew up, they became counsellors-in-training and then camp counsellors. Our eldest daughter was then a riding instructor at Saddlewood when she was going to university. The facilities are great, the horses fantastic. Both our daughters made friends that they have kept to this day. They gained independence and life skills at Saddlewood. Mrs. Smith and her staff are wonderfully warm and caring. We can't recommend Saddlewood highly enough!
Dr. Flanders is a good doctor, but the office staff sometimes can be rather unhelpful and cause frustration.
My 2 boys had recently done the Tennis Camp at Wanless Park Tennis and had fun. However, I don't think the teaching was that effective. The first day started with Arthur Wolf (the head pro) and all seemed to be great. But then for the other days, the camp was operated by the young instructors and no other club pro was present. I think Valley Tennis (Yonge and York Mills) was better.
This is our third summer taking private swimming lessons with Clay. He is my 2 boys favourite instructor they have had yet. He is patient and encouraging and they have both done great with him. My boys look forward to their lessons. He is a great swim instructor and we highly recommend him.
My 6yr old son was invited to a birthday party to Hapkido Academy and he had a great time. The instructors knew how to engage the kids and kept them entertained for the entire event. I've also heard from other parents that the lessons are great for young kids as well.
My 9yr old has recently started Intro Competitive Program at NYAC, and it is great! One of the best programs I've seen. And, the kids seem to love it.
This place is GREAT! We were visiting the Roncesvales neighborhood and stopped by this cafe with my 2 young kids. To my surprise, this cafe had an art studio for kids at the back of the cafe. So, I paid $8 per kid to do fun arts/craft while I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee. What a perfect place to hang out with kids. This place also has regular lessons and summer camps in the basement of the cafe.
After hearing so much about Sky Zone, I took my kids to Sky Zone one afternoon and had a very good experience. The place was very new and clean, and the staff was pretty friendly. The best part - my kids loved it and were tired out after jumping around for an hour. Would recommend this place.
Highly recommend! Cakes are moist & delicious and 100% nut free. The decorators can create any image you ask for or you can go with one of their pre-made designs.
