Saddlewood Equestrian Centre by Donald F.

Our 2 daughters are now adults, but they attended Saddlewood every summer from the time our eldest was 10 and youngest 6. They loved it. As they grew up, they became counsellors-in-training and then camp counsellors. Our eldest daughter was then a riding instructor at Saddlewood when she was going to university. The facilities are great, the horses fantastic. Both our daughters made friends that they have kept to this day. They gained independence and life skills at Saddlewood. Mrs. Smith and her staff are wonderfully warm and caring. We can't recommend Saddlewood highly enough!

Dr. Flanders is a good doctor, but the office staff sometimes can be rather unhelpful and cause frustration.

My 9yr old has recently started Intro Competitive Program at NYAC, and it is great! One of the best programs I've seen. And, the kids seem to love it.

Tori and Cate's Cupcakes by Seong K.

Newest addition in Leaside! Tori and Cates had its grand opening recently, and I had been meaning to try its cupcakes for a month. I did finally try its cupcakes over the holiday season and I am so glad I did. The cupcakes were amazingly yummy, especially the chocolate caramel cupcake, and the service was top notch! The owner, Christine, along with her 2 daughters, Tori and Cate, were super friendly, passionate and genuinely kind. I think I found my new favorite cupcake shop!

North York Aquatic Club is a great place for kids to learn and improve swimming. My kids did NYAC summer camp in August, and it was great. NYAC takes teaching very seriously, and the kids really do learn. I highly recommend NYAC.

Giggles Indoor Playland & Inflatable Rentals by Willliam L.

My kids were invited to Giggles Playland for a private birthday party this year. The equipment was good, and everything was clean. Unfortunately, customer service was one of the worst I have ever seen. The owner John was just rude! When a few parents unintentionally carried drinks onto the play area to attend after their young kids, John immediately called them out using his microphone, and told the parents no food/drinks were allowed in the play area. At one point in the party, John also used his microphones and told all the kids to put back all the balls in the ball pit. Totally ruined the mood of the party... I have never seen such poor customer service. From a location, and equipment perspective, it was ok. But from a customer service, I would not bother. You will not get your customer service you pay for. There are definitely better choices out there. I do not recommend this place for any parents.

After hearing so much about Sky Zone, I took my kids to Sky Zone one afternoon and had a very good experience. The place was very new and clean, and the staff was pretty friendly. The best part - my kids loved it and were tired out after jumping around for an hour. Would recommend this place.
